Warranty Info

Elite's above-ground pool liners are backed by a 1 (one) year limited manufacturer warranty, protecting your pool liner from fabrication defects, such as seam separations, and must be reported within the first 30 (thirty) days or receiving the product. 

The warranty coverage does not include surface staining, fading of print, or damage caused by misuse of chemicals, fire, ice damage, improper cleaning, accidents, negligence, misuse, or abuse. It also does not cover damage or defects of the liner which result from insects, animals, floods, or other acts of God.

The consumer also understands that damage caused during installation, whether personal or by a third-party installer, is the responsibility of the consumer. Repairs or modifications made to the liner, either by the consumer or by a third party, void the original manufacturer's warranty. Elite is also not responsible for any payment of utilities, such as water, electricity, and sewer, as well as labor or loss of use. 

Elite's warranty covers manufacturing issues, especially seam separations that would cause the pool to leak. See the image below to understand what a seam separation looks like.

In the event a seam separation is found, please contact sales@elitepoolliners.com. Please send pictures of the separation in your email, along with a copy of the sales receipt. We will contact you for warranty processing.

Notice the separation of the seam in the center of the picture. This separation will cause water to leak. This fabrication defect is eligible for a replacement liner at no cost to the consumer.
