Return & Exchange Policy
Returns requested within 30 days of delivery on in-stock above-ground liners will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Custom above-ground and in-ground orders are non-returnable. Exchanges can be made within 30 days, and will be subject to restocking fees as well as additional shipping charges. The item(s) you wish to return must be unopened, clean, and in a resalable condition. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. In the event your item is shipped to you with damage, you can refuse the package from the delivery service. Contact us immediately about the delivery. Document the damage with photos (modern phone camera pictures are acceptable). Contact us at email@example.com.
If you decide to cancel or make a change to an order, please contact us as soon as possible, as most orders will ship within 48 hours. Once an order is sent to shipping, we cannot guarantee the order will be changed.
